What do we do with the money?

At The Fatherhood Project CIC, we are committed to using every donation and funding source responsibly to support the youth we serve. Our expenses are carefully allocated to key areas that directly impact the lives of young people. This includes wages for our dedicated staff, uniforms to ensure our participants feel confident and part of the team, and funding for workshops and mentoring that provide invaluable learning and personal development opportunities. We also cover travel costs for youth attending events, business expenses such as stationery and administrative fees, and sports fees to encourage physical activity and teamwork. Additionally, a portion of our funds is set aside for emergency aid, offering immediate support to young individuals facing unforeseen challenges. Through strategic allocation, we ensure that every Pound makes a meaningful difference.

Where Your Donations Go:

Your support directly funds the key areas that keep our programs thriving and our young people growing:

  • Staff Wages – Ensuring a passionate, professional team.

  • Uniforms – Building pride, unity, and confidence.

  • Workshops & Mentoring – Providing skills, guidance, and support.

  • Travel Costs – Expanding horizons through events and activities.

  • Operational Expenses – Keeping our work organised and effective.

  • Sports Fees – Promoting health, discipline, and teamwork.

  • Emergency Aid – Offering fast relief in times of crisis.

Every donation helps us reach more youth, improve lives, and strengthen communities.

Securing funding is vital not only for improving our programs but also for reducing youth crime and promoting safer communities. It allows us to employ experienced staff who support at-risk youth and deliver workshops, mentoring, and sports programs that provide structure and positive alternatives to gang involvement. With more resources, we can engage directly with gangs, build trust, and offer real pathways out of crime. This support helps young people make better choices and break negative cycles, ultimately creating safer, more hopeful futures for individuals and the wider community.
